4 Ways To Get More Time

Do you struggle with having enough time during the day?

One thing I hear a lot from working moms is that they wish they had more time.

Well, obviously we all have the same number of hours in a day which is why it is important to use your time wisely....

I am doing Eben Pagan's Wake Up Productive course and a couple of take-aways that I have gotten are:

- Start your day off right as soon as you wake up drink about 1/2 liter of water to help clear away the cobwebs and wake up your body

- Start your day in proactive mode, not reactive mode.  Do something for you (meditate, journal, exercise, etc) not checking emails and messages.  When you start your day by looking at your phone you are already in reactive mode and your time is at the whim of someone else

- Nail that first meal.  A great option is a green smoothie to help provide your body and brain with all of the nutrients it needs to be at its best.

If there is a change in your life that you want to make, schedule it into your day like you would any appointment.

Pro-tip: Use your calendar on your phone to send you a daily reminder.

I want to make sure that I am doing some form of exercise everyday, so I scheduled it for the same time everyday. I may not do it at this time, but that's ok... at least I will be reminded.
